Shipping policy

Here's what to expect when your FrostGlow order ships.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery estimate. Orders typically arrive within 1–3 weeks of your order date, including processing and transit.

Free shipping. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $35.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 1–2 days for tracking to begin updating.

Delays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods can extend delivery times.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
