We want you to love your FrostGlow purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Condition. Because our products are personal skincare tools, for hygiene reasons returns are accepted only for items that are unused and in their original, unopened packaging — unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full — we cover return shipping in these cases.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue any approved refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
